1. What does Harden Creative do?

We’re a full-service video production company focused on commercial content, brand storytelling, and high-quality cinematography. We handle everything from concept through final delivery, depending on what the project needs. 

2. What types of videos do you produce?

We produce a wide range of content including commercials, brand videos, social media content, documentaries, interviews, and training or informational videos. 

3. Where are you based and where do you work?

We’re based in the South Carolina Lowcountry, primarily Hilton Head Island and Bluffton, and regularly work in Savannah and across the Southeast. We also travel nationally/internationally for the right projects.

4. Do you work with small businesses and individuals or only large brands?

All of the above. We work with small businesses, entrepreneurs, agencies, and larger organizations - as well as artists, individuals, families and non-profits. The size of the client matters less than whether the project is a good fit and has a clear purpose.

5. What does it cost to produce a video?

Every project is different. Pricing depends on scope, number of shoot days, locations, talent, crew size, and post-production needs. Most projects fall in the range of $1,000 to $10,000, but we’ll scope it based on your goals.

6. Do you help with concept and creative direction?

Yes. We can develop concepts from scratch or collaborate with your team or agency. Some clients come to us with a full plan, others just have an idea - we can work either way.

7. How long does a typical project take?

Timelines vary depending on complexity, but most projects take 2 weeks to 2 months from initial planning through final delivery. Larger campaigns or multi-day shoots may take longer.

8. Do you provide photography as well as video?

Yes. In addition to video production, we also produce commercial photography and content that supports the same campaigns and deliverables. 

9. Do you handle casting, locations, and production logistics?

We can handle all of it. That includes casting talent, securing locations, building schedules, and managing the full production process, or we can plug into an existing production team if needed.
