This project was a brand video for Gull Island Manor, written and produced by Motiva Marketing to position the property as a destination for weddings, corporate retreats, and private events.

We shot a range of staged lifestyle scenes across the home and grounds, including family moments, wedding scenarios, and business retreat setups to show the full versatility of the space. 

The focus was on capturing how the property functions across different types of gatherings—moving between interior spaces, outdoor areas, and the surrounding marsh to create a cohesive visual story.

A multi-day production designed to showcase the property as both a high-end venue and a flexible experience.
