Montage Palmetto Bluff Recruitment Video | Hospitality Hiring Campaign by Harden Creative

This project was a recruitment video for Montage Palmetto Bluff, focused on showcasing employees across multiple departments.

We shot over three days, carefully lighting and staging each scene so it could transition cleanly into the next. The goal was to create a continuous flow while moving through different roles and environments across the property.

From a production standpoint, it required planning and consistency. Every setup had to match in tone and movement to keep the transitions working.
