Original Penguin x Mackenzie McDonald Campaign | Brand Video Production by Harden Creative

Filmed in south Florida, this project was part of a campaign for Original Penguin following the signing of professional tennis player Mackenzie McDonald as a brand ambassador. 

From a production standpoint, the focus was on aligning three things. The athlete, the product, and the brand identity.

Campaign work like this has to stay tight. The visuals need to feel elevated, but they also need to stay consistent with how the brand shows up across other channels. That means controlled lighting, clean compositions, and making sure wardrobe, movement, and environment all support the same look.

Working with an athlete adds a different layer. Timing matters. Efficiency matters. You’re building around a limited window, so the shoot has to be structured in a way that captures everything needed without slowing things down.

The goal wasn’t to overbuild the story. It was to create a clean, confident visual identity that supports both the athlete and the product.

For brands, this is what campaign production comes down to. Clear alignment, efficient execution, and content that can scale across multiple uses without losing consistency.
